breakfast fruitWhen the weekend rolls around, there’s always catching up to do. Laundry, errands, all those things you put off during the week. Catching up with friends should be a part of the list, and what better way to do it than at Saturday or Sunday morning brunch. There’s something refreshing about people getting together to review the past week, recount weekend stories from the night before, and talk about future plans over coffee, a cold glass of OJ, and a hearty daytime meal. I’m sure you have a list of your go-to, ol’ reliable brunch spots. But, more and more restaurants are offering weekend brunch, and I Rebeccammend that you make the most of Austin by branching out, brunching outside the box, and trying some of these unconventional, reasonably priced, healthy, and maybe not top-of-mind restaurants.
