First Thursday Foto Features: August

Last week, I wrote about how to shake up your First Thursday experience so you never cease to have fun, no matter how many times you attend. I was strolling on South Congress during First Thursday last week when I decided that having recently moved to that neck of the woods, I will mix it up by attempting to attend every one of these monthly shindigs this coming year, and by documenting my experience with a few photos I will snap at each one. The goal is to visually capture the diverse aspects of entertainment present at this South Austin monthly ritual, including shopping, music, eating, drinking, and the true Austin spirit.
