If only I was a superhero, I could do every fun activity happening this Thursday! Since I don’t exactly have a sixth sense or a humanly impossible characteristic, maybe you can help me out by representing us wanna-be Wonderwomen and Mr. Incredibles at some of these happenings so they all feel the Austinite love!

1) Dress Shop Grand Opening party at 315 Congress, Suite 100. The entrance shares a door on the way into Kyoto, and you can’t miss the black-and-white outdoor awning guarding the adorable displayed dresses awaiting an owner to take them home. The party starts at 6 PM and a fashion show starts at 8 PM. Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be served. The french classic interior is just precious; you’ll have to stop by to take a look!

2) First Thursday. Shops open late, free hugs, music, food, drinks, South Congress and W. 5th/6th fun. Last month I wrote about how to spice up this monthly tradition. Take a look.

3) The Belmont Girls Thursday Night Out Kick Off Party! Save on bev’s and see what surprises are in store beginning at 8 PM. Gift bags will be handed out to early birds. Meet up with your girls to raise a glass for a night full of class.  Located at 305 W. 6th Street.

4) Music at the Market on the patio at Whole Foods downtown. Music will be played from 6-7:30 PM, featuring unique octet, Wino Vino. Enjoy delish eats and drinks from the store on the patio accompanied by Old World vibrations.

I’ll keep wishing for the day that I can be everywhere at once. It would really come in handy this week…
