I think you missed Vespaio, which is my go-to Italian in South Congress (and I heard about it from many other locals when we moved here a couple years ago).

Great list! I’d add Polvos to the list for Tex Mex and their famous margaritas and charred salsa. Other than that, I think you have it covered!
