Baked Brie

Ingredients

  • 1 round of Brie cheese

  • 2 package of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls

  • 1 jar of jalapeno jam or jam of your choice


Instructions

  1. Roll the dough out flat instead of breaking apart with a rolling pin.

  2. Cut the dough in half.

  3. Place the brei on top of half of the dough, and place the other half on top of the brei. Squeeze the top and bottom together to create a closed pocket of dough. 

  4. Brush with egg and bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.

  5. Serve with grapes and jalapeno jelly and crackers.
