We Got Peached.

This photo diary post says it all. Saturday night, The Peached Tortilla, my friend and formerly Mystery Entrepreneur (hardly, now he’s leading the latest food truck venture in the ATX!), Eric, opened the ordering window to his gourmet food truck with Southern and Asian influences. And, it was fabulous. All of it. The truck (that design rocks!), the marketing, the location (Star Bar on Saturday nights on W. 6th Street), and the food. It’s time you experience The Peached Tortilla in all it’s shining glory. There are 5 simple steps to getting peached.

1. (Above) Track down the truck. The schedule is on their website on the right hand side.

2. Admire the food others are ordering.

3. Step up to the peachy ordering window.

4. Admire the menu and make your selections. I Rebeccammend the Szechuan Tofu and Eggplant taco.

5. Take a bite and get peached!
