As a writer, marketer, and connect-the-dots-er, over the past four years, I’ve been connecting with and conducting interviews from successful professionals like Wharton professor and NYT Bestselling author, Adam Grant and Adam Lowy of Move for Hunger, and documenting my “Rebeccammended” 8 step methodology for building thriving career relationships. These steps also incorporate what I’ve learned as a marketing strategist for a large technology company, speaker, teacher, and blogger, throughout interview cycles, job changes, and business ownership. As I focus on giving, teaching, and helping others this year, I’m excited to share these stories and pieces of advice in the form of a workshop – one that nourishes, with a healthy dinner, while we learn how to navigate and effectively build our career networks, and meet like-minded professionals in the process.
